Latin Fusion is a SOLO style of dance that takes popular and common moves from the latin dances to create short routines that can be danced to latin music.
In this day we will be learning basic steps from three of the latin dances - Salsa, Cha Cha and Rumba and then putting them together to get fun, danceable routines that you can do on your own. These routines allow for your own styling and a lot of fun.
A fun way to learn some steps, burn some calories, tone up and look good on the dancefloor.
This is a SOLO dance class - no partner is needed at all.
Course runs from 9.30 till 16.00 for one day only.

American Smooth
Next Course : 2nd October 2010 From beginner to improver in just 1 day!
Brand New Course
American Smooth is the style of dance associated with the Golden years of Hollywood musicals and the dance numbers of stars like Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Gene Kelly, Cyd Charisse, Donald O'Connor and Rita Haywood.
This one day course will focus on the foxtrot style of this dance which glides around the floor and includes turns, open work and dips taking you from complete beginner to polished performer in just 1 day. Perfect for wedding dances, or those you want to be a little more flamboyant in.
Partner preferred but not essential.
Course runs from 9.30 till 16.00 for one day only.

These courses are all BEGINNER LEVEL. Each course is just ONE DAY long and is held on a Saturday.
These courses are designed as introductions to the dances involved. They cover the basics in each of the dances and will have you up and dancing on the floor in no time.
These courses are great tasters to new dance forms, and go from the absolute basics. You don't need a partner to join in - just book. If you have any questions, then feel free to contact us direct.
Dancing to a mix of traditional and modern music, as well as a short background to the history and development of the dances, these course will set you on your dancing career.
